The best way to reach CorpsXtra is by email. We aim to respond within two working days — usually faster, occasionally slower if a story goes long. We are a one-editor publication, not a customer support line, so please use the specific inbox that fits what you’re writing about. It genuinely helps us get to you sooner.

Editorial — story pitches, tips, corrections

If you have a pitch for a guide, review, or comparison you think we should run, send it to felix@corpsxtra.com with “Pitch” in the subject line. Keep the pitch to a few paragraphs: what the piece is about, why now, and how it’s different from what already exists on the topic. We reply to every pitch, even when we pass. We’re especially interested in unusual operator angles, primary-source data, and post-mortems on things that didn’t work.

If you’ve spotted a factual error in a published post, please email us with the URL and the correction. Corrections go to the top of the affected article with a dated note, and we take them seriously. We would rather be corrected in public than quietly wrong in perpetuity.

Tips about companies, products, or industry patterns you think deserve a closer look are always welcome. We keep sources confidential when asked. Preface the email with “Tip — confidential” and we’ll take it from there.

A few things worth knowing before you write: we don’t accept payment for a positive review, and we will not remove or rewrite a critical piece in exchange for compensation. We do run sponsored content occasionally, always clearly labelled at the top of the post. Rates depend on the piece and where it’s placed. If you want to discuss having your product reviewed, we’re happy to take a free trial or a demo call, and we’ll disclose that we did.
